If you would like to return units from a product trial, please specify “Product Trial Return” when filing the support ticket on VoltConsole. If your Product Trial return is approved, Volterra will email you an RMA number and instructions of where to ship the trial units. It is your responsibility to coordinate and pay for return shipping back to Volterra using the carrier of your choice. Volterra recommends that the return package has a tracking number and is insured for the proper value of its contents. Volterra is not responsible for packages lost by carriers.
